I don't remember exactly where I got this song, but I love it. I'm pretty sure it belongs on a Tarantino movie: "Monkey baby" by the Scissor Sisters. I think I might've gotten it from Eric the one night he stayed over at my place. Happy and interesting those days were.
It's wonderful and perfect, yes, the perfect song for lounging. And it's funny, too.
I don't know, I think that a song that has the lyrics "Monkey baby has some big-ass lips, Monkey baby uses them on my hips" is a song worth listening to. I seriously do. There's this other part that goes "Monkey baby like my big fat ass", and I feel like I like this Monkey baby character.
So, from now on, every time we lounge here at the Crossroads that song will start the night. "Come Together", by the Beatles plays next (I fell in love with ol' Flattop). After that, you guys get the remote.
